Will I lose clients if I niche down?

Some. The wrong ones. And in their place – the right ones. The people who are exactly right for you find you faster, trust you sooner and stay longer. You don't lose clients by niching. You lose the ones who were never quite yours. And the right ones? They find you.

Does niching mean I can only do one thing?

No. It means one clear thing – done in many ways. Once people know exactly what you're about, you can take your niche further, wider and deeper than you ever could when you were trying to appeal to everyone.

Why does what I/we do feel so hard to explain?

Nobody arrives here with it all figured out. That's the point.

Because you're too close to it. When you've spent years building expertise, living your work and refining your thinking, it all feels obvious to you. So you either over-explain everything or undersell the most important parts.

This is the most common thing I see. It's not a you problem. It's a proximity problem.

The work we do together creates distance – enough to see what's actually remarkable about what you do, strip out what's cluttering it and find the simplest, most precise way to say it.

Simple isn't dumbing down. Simple is doing the hard work so your clients don't have to.

Bring all your messy. Thoughts, notes, scribbles, existing materials, ideas, data. No judgement. Just bring it.

Do you only work with women or women‑owned businesses?

Always championed bad-ass women. That hasn't changed. What evolved is how I talk about it. The work is inclusive. Founders and teams of all genders – welcome here. If you value clarity over ego and want a non-ego approach to brand strategy – you're in.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Based in the North West of England – working with clients across the UK and worldwide. All one-hour and one-month sessions are on Zoom. The three-month programme is available via Zoom or in person. Your location isn't a barrier. If you're ready to do the work, we can make it happen.
